Shipping & Returns

We will go out of our way to get your order to you as fast as possible. We use an over night service like Aramex (or equally efficient carriers)  and make use of PAXI for small towns. 
Orders will ship out at least 2x per week. Please allow 1-2 days for processing & packing of orders and contact us for special arrangements. 

If you would like to exchange an item, you will have to pay the return shipping as well as the shipping for the new item. Please note that we keep our markup as low as possible, so we do not work potential shipping cost into each product... 
However, if you contact us beforehand, we will try our best to make sure you get the right size etc. to prevent any disappointments. A member from our sales team will be happy to assist with any questions / sizing headaches - Send us a Whatsapp, day or night, on 083 216 2963.

In case of returns:
Please notify us within 3 days after receiving your order that you would like to return an item for a refund. Otherwise we will provide you with a voucher.
Shipping is non refundable.
Where shipping was free, shipping cost will be deducted from the original payment before refund.
