Shipping & Returns
Please read carefully before placing your order:
Shipping your order:
- We will go out of our way to get your order to you as fast as possible. We use an over night service like Aramex (or equally efficient carriers). Please copy and paste your tracking number on the Aramex app/ website if the email link delivers an error.
- Please allow 1-2 days for processing & packing of orders and contact us for any special arrangements/ requests. (Calling will be your fastest way to get an answer.)
- If you would like to exchange an item, you will have to pay the return shipping as well as the shipping for the new item.
Please note: If you contact us beforehand, we will try our best to make sure you get the right size etc. to prevent any disappointments and unnecessary costs.

In case of Exchanges:
All exchanges have to be sent back within one week in original packaging, all tags in place, unworn/ unused .
You can send any packages back to the Boutique address (Listed below) using Aramex (from any Pick n Pay) or courier of your choice. Courier charges are for your own account.
Please include a note with your package stating
1) Order and contact number
2) Request: Exchange for ***** size ***** / Credit / Gift card

Refunds will only be issued in case of
- Defective items
- Quality issues
- Mistake from our side (wrong products received, out of stock etc)
- For all other returns, credit will be issued.
- Credit is transferable and can also be issued as a Gift Card for a friend/ Family member.
Important to know:
- Shipping is non refundable.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
- In case of pre-orders and special orders, only exchanges for a different size in the same item and colour will be allowed.
- No Returns/exchanges on underwear/ swimwear for hygiene purposes.
- In case of returns for items that have gone on sale after your original purchase, you will only be credited for the sale price.
- No exchanges will be allowed, under any circumstances, after 30 days from purchase.
- You are responsible for the courier costs relating to exchanges & returns.
- Payfast % fee and/or packaging & handling fee (R50) will be deducted where order is returned and credit is issued.
Where shipping was free, shipping cost will be deducted from the original payment before refund/credit issue.
When your order leaves our facility, it is the courier's responsibility. Please contact them directly regarding delivery queries.
