Refund & Other Terms

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will only be issued in case of 
        - Defective items
        - Quality issues
        - Mistake from our side (wrong products received, out of stock etc)
• For all other returns, credit will be issued. 
• Credit is transferable and can also be issued as a Gift Card for a friend/ Family member.

Important to know: 

• Shipping is non refundable.
• Sale items are not eligible for return. 
• In case of pre-orders and special orders, only exchanges for a different size in the same item and colour will be allowed.  
• No Returns/exchanges on underwear/ swimwear for hygiene purposes. 
• In case of returns for items that have gone on sale after your original purchase, you will only be credited for the sale price. 
• No exchanges will be allowed, under any circumstances, after 30 days from purchase. 
• You are responsible for the courier costs relating to exchanges & returns.
• Payfast % fee and/or packaging & handling fee (R50) will be deducted where order is returned and credit is issued. 

• Where shipping was free, shipping cost will be deducted from the original payment before refund/credit issue.

• When your order leaves our facility, it is the courier's responsibility. Please contact them directly regarding delivery queries.
